Article

A delivery company, Yodel, has apologized to Meg Johnson after she found a parcel in her garden that was ordered over two years ago. Meg, 30, had ordered a dress in 2022, but it never arrived. Recently, while gardening in Rhondda Cynon Taf, South Wales, she found the parcel in a raised bed. The dress was ruined and decomposed.

Meg believes the courier slung the parcel over the garden wall. She contacted Yodel, but they said they couldn't help because they keep records for only three months.

A Yodel spokesperson said, "We are sorry that Ms. Johnson's experience did not meet the high standards we strive for." They advised using their app to share safe delivery spaces.
