A woman in San Jose, California, received hundreds of Amazon packages she didn't order. This happened for over a year. The packages came from a Chinese seller called "Liusandedian" and were full of returned car seat covers. The seller had used her address by mistake.
The woman, known as "Kay," said the boxes blocked her driveway and made it hard for her disabled mother to enter the house. "It's just been another form of hell," she said.
Kay contacted Amazon many times, but the boxes kept coming. Amazon even suggested she return or donate them herself.
After a year, Amazon finally removed the packages. "It was such a relief!"
| A: | Hi, Kay, did you get more packages today? |
| B: | Yes, another pile. They're blocking the driveway again! |
| A: | Wow, that's crazy. Did Amazon say anything new? |
| B: | They told me to donate them. Can you believe it? |
| A: | Maybe you could start a car seat cover shop! |
| B: | Haha, not a bad idea, but I'm just glad they're finally gone. |
