Santa was very old. He slept a lot and often forgot things. On Boxing Day morning, he woke up to a terrible sound: children crying all over the world! He sat up quickly. "Oh no!" he said. "I forgot to deliver the presents!"
Santa felt awful. "How could I forget Christmas?" he said, holding his head. Mrs. Claus came into the room with a big smile. "Don't worry, dear," she said. "I've made you a special drink." She handed him a cup of hot chocolate with candy canes. Santa drank it, and suddenly, he felt full of energy!
"I can fix this!" Santa said. He jumped into his sleigh and flew so fast that time went backwards! Soon, it was Christmas Eve again. Santa delivered all the presents just in time. When he got home, Mrs. Claus was waiting with a big hug. "Well done, Santa!" she said.
All the children woke up to find their presents, and the world was full of happiness. Santa smiled. "I'll never forget Christmas again!"
| Santa: | Oh no, I forgot to deliver the presents! |
| Mrs. Claus: | Don't worry, dear. Have some hot chocolate. |
| Santa: | Wow, I feel so much better now! |
| Mrs. Claus: | Good! Now go save Christmas! |
| Santa: | I'll fly so fast, time will go backwards! |
| Mrs. Claus: | Be careful, Santa! |
| Santa: | I will, and I'll be back for a big hug! |
