Story

Saki is a young girl who goes to a big school in Tokyo. She has a big secret. Saki can talk to animals! Every day, she walks to school and talks to birds and cats. They tell her stories about the city.

One sunny day, a little bird tells Saki about a lost puppy near the school. Saki wants to help. She looks around the school and finds the puppy behind a tree. It is small and scared. Saki talks to the puppy and makes it happy. She takes the puppy to a teacher.

The teacher is surprised. "How did you find the puppy, Saki?" she asks. Saki smiles but does not tell her secret. The teacher calls the puppy's owner. The owner is very happy to see the puppy again. Saki feels good. She loves helping animals. Her secret is special. She walks home, talking to her animal friends.
