Story

Hikaru was excited to go to Kyoto. She had always wanted to visit the ancient city. She packed her bag and got on the train.

When she arrived, she saw many temples and shrines. They were beautiful! Hikaru took many pictures and learned about the history of the city. She also tried some delicious food in Kyoto. She ate sushi and ramen. They were very tasty!

At night, Hikaru stayed in a traditional Japanese inn called a ryokan. She slept on a futon and wore a yukata. It was very comfortable. The next day, she went to a bamboo forest. She walked on a path surrounded by tall bamboo trees. It was peaceful and quiet.

Hikaru had a great time in Kyoto. She learned a lot, had fun and hoped to visit again someday.
