In Scotland, politicians are worried about seagulls attacking people. They want a special meeting, called a "seagull summit," for the whole country. Douglas Ross said the problem is growing and people could even lose their lives if nothing is done.
In the town of Eyemouth, seven children were attacked by seagulls in just one month. One girl had cuts on her head and was bleeding. Rachael Hamilton, a local politician, said people are now feeling "scared, attacked, and traumatised."
The government asked people to stop feeding the birds, as this makes the problem worse. Some say action is needed before someone is seriously hurt or killed.
