An Armenian athlete, Hamazasp Hloyan, broke a Guinness World Record for performing the most pull-ups from a helicopter in one minute.
Hloyan trained with fellow Armenian Guinness World Record holder, Roman Sahradyan. He completed 32 pull-ups in one minute, beating the previous record of 25 set by Belgian athlete Stan Bruininck in 2022.
Hloyan was attached to the skids of a helicopter that lifted him high into the air before he began performing the pull-ups.
Hloyan said, "I have been preparing for this record for a long time. I am happy that I have achieved my goal and now I am looking forward to new achievements."
A: | Did you hear about that guy who did 32 pull-ups from a helicopter? |
B: | No way, that's crazy! I can't even do one pull-up, let alone in the sky! |
A: | Yeah, he broke the world record for the most pull-ups from a helicopter in one minute. |
B: | Wow, there's a world record for that? He must have trained for ages. |
A: | Yeah, but I doubt he practiced with a helicopter very often. |
B: | Haha, true! Wow. He must have arms of steel! |
